None of the sources (found via google) mention "Electro-bleep-funk" specifically, though some do mention Electro-funk. Seems AI-generated to me, especially the now-deleted conclusion section. Delete Fifteen years of this sticking around; definitely not much of an article, but props to whoever got this BLP to stick around that long unchanged (and its simplicity could be a lesson to a lot of these editors who throw obvious paid WP:RESUME articles that are regulars here). I procedurally declined the PROD; not only is it not allowed to have both processes going simultaneously, but any article previously discussed at AfD — and this is not the first article at this title — is also ineligible for PROD. Keep. One of the references is a bylined article from The New York Times. The South African article is credited to Sapa/DPA, which I think means that Deutsche Presse-Agentur, a reliable news agency, wrote the article and it was distributed in South Africa by South African Press Association, also reliable. I hoped to find the original DPA article by searching for Raketenstiefel, but only found uses of the term in the context of goblin rocket boots in World of Warcraft.
